I will develop your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan on time and within budget using my simple 7 step process below.  When completed, this recovery plan will enable you to:

• Comply with regulations
• Satisfy bank loan  / funding partner requirements
• Satisfy customer requirements
• Prepare your business for future disruption due to rapid growth.

• A timeline for delivery of your recovery plan.
• A weekly progress check.
• A basic Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify your:
  • Critical Business Functions, supporting technologies and 3rd parties.
  • Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
• A comprehensive recovery plan that includes the following sections:
  • Introduction, Purpose and Approach
  • Policy Elements
  • Enterprise Risks
  • Crisis Management
  • Business Continuity
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Vendor/3rd Party Contact List
  • Insurance Coverages
  • Change Control
• Recommendations for exercising the plan going forward.

1.  You submit a request below for the Turnkey Recovery Plan.  We'll agree on a time for a brief discovery call to determine if this package is right for you.
2. If you decide to move forward I will send you a contract proposal from Upwork.com which is a platform that provides secure contract and payment services.  
3. Once you accept the proposed contract on Upwork you will be required to submit payment into an Upwork escrow account.  I will receive payment from Upwork after the work is completed and you approve the milestone / contract.
4. If you prefer I will sign a Non-Disclosure agreement at this time. 
5. I will send you a questionnaire about your organization to complete. 
6. You return the completed questionnaire to me and I will draft the initial version of your Recovery Plan and send it back to you for review.  
7. We’ll collaborate on the shared Recovery Plan (I use Google Docs) until you are satisfied.  Then you approve the Upwork contract and I get paid.
