Business IMpact Analysis

This Advanced Business Impact Analysis is designed for organizations that have gone forward on their resilience journey without performing a proper Business Impact Analysis.  A key building block for resiliency is aligning recovery resources with the most critical business functions.  

•  The Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Workbook.
• A timeline for us to finish your Advanced Business Impact Analysis.
• A weekly progress check.
• Up to 6 working sessions (1 hour) to determine:
  • Your Business Functions, supporting technologies and 3rd parties
  • Recovery Time Objectives (RTO)
  • Data classification by application
  • Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
  • Information Technology Recovery Time Capabilities (RTC)
  • Application and Infrastructure dependencies
• A business function vulnerability analysis and recommendation report.
• A 2 hour consulting retainer.

1. You submit a request below for the Advanced Business Impact Analysis.  
2. We'll agree on a time for a brief discovery call to determine if this package is right for you.
3. You select an open time on my calendar for a brief 30 minute discovery session to determine if this package is right for you.
4.  If you decide to move forward I will send you a contract proposal from Upwork.com which is a platform that provides secure contract and payment services.  
5.  Once you accept the proposed contract on Upwork you will be required to submit payment into an Upwork escrow account.  I will receive payment from Upwork after the work is completed and you approve the contract.
6. We will schedule a brief 30 minute introductory discussion with your stakeholders to get them started.  
7. If you prefer, I will sign a Non-Disclosure agreement at this time.
8. You may also schedule up to 6 discovery sessions where we will meet with these stakeholders to complete their portion of the BIA.  The appropriate IT personnel should also be included in these sessions for the best results.  
9. You return the completed BIA workbook to me and I will perform the analysis and prepare the report for your review.  This includes a 1 hour session with all stakeholders to be sure there is an overall agreement on findings.    
10. Once you are satisfied with the Business Impact Analysis, you will approve the Upwork contract and I get paid..
11. I am available to you for up to 2 hours after the contract is closed to answer any follow-up questions you may have.
